Our Off-Season Athletic Performance Training program is designed for athletes who want to take their game to the next level.
Built for players already competing in organized sports, or kids who want to improve their athletic ability, this class focuses on improving speed, agility, quickness, strength, and conditioning—everything athletes need to perform at a higher level.
Athletes train in small groups to ensure focused coaching and individualized feedback.
Coach Chase, a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist with five years of middle and high school coaching experience, helps athletes build strength, resilience, and confidence heading into their season.
Each week includes two high-intensity, one-hour sessions that challenge both body and mind.
Athletes develop speed, body control, mental toughness, focus, and foundational strength through specialized exercises and drills.

The Called to Play Summer Games brings kids ages 5–14 together for a day of team competitions, skill tests, and nonstop movement.
From fast-paced games to athletic challenges, every child will be engaged, active, and having fun in this field day type event.
No long-term commitment for the summer.

Basketball
skills training

Our Basketball Skills Training program prepares athletes for middle school and high school competitive play.
These sessions focus on developing strong fundamentals, proper technique, and a clear understanding of game concepts—so athletes enter tryouts and the season with confidence.
Over six training sessions, athletes work on dribbling, passing, shooting, footwork, positioning, and game awareness.
Through a mix of focused skill work, structured drills, and controlled gameplay, players build confidence, improve decision-making, and learn how to apply skills under pressure.
This program is designed to help athletes level up, earn more playing time, and feel ready for higher-level basketball.

Our five-week Mini-Seasons help kids build confidence, character, and athletic skills through team games and youth sports fundamentals.
These fun, structured classes introduce throwing, catching, kicking, coordination, and basic movement skills in a positive, faith-filled environment.
Each session covers the basics and fundamentals of a sport, a “Character Trait of the Day” from the Fruit of the Spirit, group games that encourage teamwork and friendships, and active play that helps kids stay healthy and engaged.
Perfect for both beginners and experienced young athletes.
