Locker Room
This is where you can register your kids (participants), sign event and photo waivers, and RSVP for class Sessions.
Please Register each participant for an upcoming Mini-Season. You will pay for the classes once registration has been closed and then will sign the waivers.
Please fill out a Participation Liability Release waiver and a Photo Release waiver for each participant. Any photos used for Called to Play will only be displayed in the Locker Room area for members and may be used for social media marketing on relevant platforms.
Each family must complete one Registration Form, including all participants on the form. Please provide a secondary emergency contact and list any food allergies or special circumstances so we can best accommodate your child's needs
