Join us for a dynamic and engaging Mini-Season designed to build confidence, character, athleticism, and coordination through P.E. games and sports!

Our program welcomes children of all ages, skill levels, and athletic abilities. Whether your child is new to sports or already competing, we’ll meet them where they are, helping them grow, persevere, and most importantly, have fun.
Each class focuses on:

Character building with a “Character trait of the Day” inspired by the Fruits of the Spirit

Teamwork and friendship through structured group play

Skill development in major and fine motor skills—like throwing, catching, kicking, and coordination

Kids will explore a variety of sports, learning fundamental skills that provide a solid foundation for future competitive play or recreational enjoyment. Our goal is to help children (and parents!) discover sports they enjoy while developing a healthy, active lifestyle.

​In addition to sports fundamentals, our sessions include classic P.E. games that promote active play, critical thinking, and healthy competition. All activities are conducted in a safe, encouraging environment that emphasizes fairness, humility, and fun.

5-week Sports Fundamentals and P.E. Games Mini-Season

Off-Season
Athletic Performance Training
AGES 13-17

​The Off-Season Sports Training program is built for athletes who are serious about taking their game to the next level. Designed for those already competing in organized sports, this class focuses on developing the speed, agility, quickness, strength, and conditioning required to dominate when the season starts.
​
Rather than focusing on sport-specific drills or gameplay, training sessions target the athletic foundation behind every sport: explosiveness, movement efficiency, coordination, and endurance. Athletes will train through a combination of agility work, sprint mechanics, footwork patterns, running form, strength movements, and conditioning challenges that build complete athleticism.
​
Each week includes two 1-hour sessions, designed to challenge both body and mind. Athletes will develop mental toughness, focus, and resilience through high-intensity drills, team competitions, and structured feedback. The environment is supportive but demanding and is ideal for players who want to enter their season stronger, faster, and more prepared or make major gains in the off-season.
​
While this class focuses primarily on physical and mental performance, Called to Play always integrates character, faith, and teamwork into every session, because becoming a better athlete starts with becoming a better person.

Basketball & Football Skills Training
AGES 11-15

Basketball Skills Training is designed for athletes preparing to enter middle school or high school competitive basketball. These sessions focus on building a strong foundation of fundamentals, proper technique, and a clear understanding of game play—so athletes are ready for higher-level competition.
​
Our goal is to help your athlete enter the season with confidence, improve performance at tryouts, and increase opportunities for playing time. Through a mix of individualized coaching, structured group drills, and live gameplay, athletes will be challenged both mentally and physically.
​
Over 6 training sessions, athletes will develop core skills including:
​
Dribbling, Passing, Shooting, Athletic stance and footwork Offensive and defensive positioning, Game awareness and decision-making​
​
Training emphasizes athlete development and teamwork while introducing healthy competition through gameplay. Our goal is to help your child enter the season prepared, confident, and excited to play at a higher level.
​
While this class emphasizes athletic skill and game preparation, Called to Play always weaves in character, faith, teamwork, and sportsmanship which are the foundation for success both on and off the field.
