Join us for a dynamic and engaging Mini-Season designed to build confidence, character, athleticism, and coordination through P.E. games and sports!

​

Our program welcomes children of all ages, skill levels, and athletic abilities. Whether your child is new to sports or already competing, we’ll meet them where they are, helping them grow, persevere, and most importantly, have fun.

Each class focuses on:

  • Character building with a “Trait of the Day” inspired by the Fruits of the Spirit

  • Teamwork and friendship through structured group play

  • Skill development in major and fine motor skills—like throwing, catching, kicking, and coordination

​

Kids will explore a variety of sports, learning fundamental skills that provide a solid foundation for future competitive play or recreational enjoyment. Our goal is to help children (and parents!) discover sports they enjoy while developing a healthy, active lifestyle.

​

​In addition to sports fundamentals, our sessions include classic P.E. games that promote active play, critical thinking, and healthy competition. All activities are conducted in a safe, encouraging environment that emphasizes fairness, humility, and fun.

​

​Give your child the opportunity to grow in confidence, character, and faith while staying active, building friendships, and learning the joy of sports and teamwork!

Off-Season 

Athletic  Performance Training

AGES 13-17


classes:  TUESDAYS AND FRIDAYS 4-5 PM

DATES:  March 3, 6, 10, 13, 17, 20, 24, 27, 31

April 3, 7, 10


​The Off-Season Sports Training program is built for athletes who are serious about taking their game to the next level. Designed for those already competing in organized sports, this class focuses on developing the speed, agility, quickness, strength, and conditioning required to dominate when the season starts.

Give your athlete a leg up this season by improving their athleticism and building a stronger, more resilient body. Through small group training, each athlete receives focused instruction and individualized feedback. Coach Chase is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist with over five years of middle and high school football and basketball coaching experience. He knows what it takes to help athletes prepare, perform, and succeed.

Each week includes two 1-hour sessions, designed to challenge both body and mind. Athletes will develop mental toughness, focus, and resilience through high-intensity drills, team competitions, and structured feedback. The environment is supportive but demanding and is ideal for players who want to enter their  season stronger, faster, and more prepared or make major gains in the off-season.

  • Pricing: $120 for 12 sessions (6 weeks)

basketball skills training

AGES 11-15


classes:  Wednesdays 4-5:30 pm

DATES:  March 4, 11, 18, 25

Basketball Skills Training is designed for athletes preparing to enter middle school or high school competitive basketball. These sessions focus on building a strong foundation of fundamentals, proper technique, and a clear understanding of game play—so athletes are ready for higher-level competition.

​

Our goal is to help your athlete enter the season with confidence, improve performance at tryouts, and increase opportunities for playing time. Through a mix of individualized coaching, structured group drills, and live gameplay, athletes will be challenged both mentally and physically.

​

Over 6 training sessions, athletes will develop core skills including:

  • Dribbling

  • Passing

  • Shooting

  • Athletic stance and footwork

  • Offensive and defensive positioning

  • Game awareness and decision-making​

​

Training emphasizes athlete development and teamwork, while also introducing healthy competition through controlled gameplay scenarios. Athletes are encouraged to push themselves, apply skills in real-time situations, and grow in confidence on the court.

​

Our mission is simple: help your child step into their next season prepared, confident, and excited to play basketball at a higher level.

  • 6 Total Sessions Wednesdays - 4-5:30pm - Starts March 4th

  • 1.5 Hour Sessions held outdoors

  • Pricing: $100 for 6 sessions (6 weeks)

  • Early Registration: $20 Discount
